We're proud to produce wines that are almost exclusively Estate grown. You may not hear this term often, because many wineries purchase their grapes or their juice from outside the winery.
Estate grown means that we have ultimate control over the quality and consistency of the wines which are made from our Alexander Valley and Yorkville Highlands vineyards. Chris and Kristine decide at harvest if the quality of a particular varietal is up to Wattle Creek standards. and if it's not. well, it doesn't go into a Wattle Creek bottle. It goes to the market to be sold to the other guys.
